In Brazil a drug dealer who was a former Brazilian state legislator and TV host surrendered to police today. The man's name is Wallace Souza and was expelled from the state congress last week and charged with a number of crimes. He was missing since Monday and was arrested in the city of Manaus in Amazonas.
