The International Atomic Energy Agency announced that on October 25, 2009 the United Nations Inspectors will visit Iran's disclosed nuclear power plant. Iran claims that its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes after Tehran wrote a letter to the IAEA revealing a nuclear enrichment plant located by Qom. On October 19 at IAEA Iran will meet with the U.S. and Russia, and France to discuss requests and regulations.
