In Madrid, Spain, Judge Santiago Pedraz said he was considering prisoner swap with pirates. The swap would consist of two Somali pirate suspects for the Spanish fishing boat off the coast of Somali being held captive. The pirates have captured more than 50 ships this year off Somalia and are holding 12 to this day.
